ABOUT

Behavioral Karma Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on helping raise awareness for kids and adults with behavioral issues. We believe that every individual has the potential to learn and grow, and that with the right support and guidance, every person can reach their full potential. Our mission is to provide resources and support to families who are struggling with behavioral challenges, and to help individuals who need a different approach to learning.

We can create a ripple effect of positive change in the world by establishing a workforce of caring, compassionate, highly trained ABA practitioners committed to specializing in supporting the success of individuals and communities with the greatest need. We aspire towards a world without barriers where every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential, to be accepted and valued, and to contribute meaningfully to society.

WHAT WE DO

At Behavioral Karma Foundation, we offer a wide range of services to support families and individuals who are dealing with behavioral challenges. Our team of experts includes psychologists, therapists, and educators, who work together to provide personalized care and support to each individual. Our services include therapy and counseling, educational support, parent training and coaching, and community outreach programs. We believe that by working together, we can help individuals and families overcome the challenges they are facing, and build a brighter future.

BEHAVIORAL KARMA FOUNDATION

The mission of the Behavioral Karma Foundation is to ensure access to a greater quality of life for historically underserved communities through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended ("Code").

 

In furtherance of such purposes, the Corporation shall engage in charitable and educational activities including but not limited to providing educational and other assistance to underserved communities of adults on the autism spectrum with a focus on improving their quality of life through the establishment of quality day programs, utilization of applied behavior analysis services and deployment of consultants that are Board Certified Behavior Analysts to conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans for residents in residential group homes, and provision of augmentative communication devices, basic necessities, and other resources to such residents.

 

Solely for the purposes set forth herein, the Corporation may engage in any and all other charitable, educational, and scientific activities permitted to an organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Code. In furtherance of such purposes, subject to the foregoing limitations and those set forth below, the Corporation may do and engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be formed under the New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation Act (the “Act”).
